Who Sets the Commission?
Hotels and agencies freely define commission rates via the VinnHotel Channel Manager. These rates are agreed between the hotel and the agency.
What Does the Agency Earn?
For example, if the hotel gives the agency a 20% commission, the agency receives the entire commission. VinnHotel does not interfere with this rate. All calculations are done automatically by the system.
What Does VinnHotel Take?
The VinnHotel system only takes commission from the hotel. This rate decreases according to the chosen VinnHotel plan. The commission amount is automatically deducted from the total sales price set by the hotel. The agency pays no additional fees.
Live Sales Commissions and Plans
The VinnHotel plans below determine the commission rates charged for Live Sales transactions. Commission rates decrease based on the selected plan. The amount is charged only from the hotel; no fees are passed on to the agency.
💡 Note: "Free," "National," and "Global" represent Channel Manager plans.
VinnHotel Plan: Plus
Channel Manager Plans and Commission Rates:
- Free: 8%
- National: 7%
- Global: 6%
VinnHotel Plan: Pro
Channel Manager Plans and Commission Rates:
- Free: 7%
- National: 6%
- Global: 5%
VinnHotel Plan: Premium
Channel Manager Plans and Commission Rates:
- Free: 6%
- National: 5%
- Global: 4%
Example Calculation:
Sales Price: 1,000 TL
Plan: Pro + Global (5%)
Commission: 50 TL
Amount Received by Hotel: 950 TL
Sales Price: 1,000 TL
Plan: Pro + Global (5%)
Commission: 50 TL
Amount Received by Hotel: 950 TL
💡 Note: The commissions stated on this page apply only to transactions made via the Channel Manager. The hotel's own sales or OTA connections are outside this structure.
